It is such a blessing to practice gratitude as much as possible.  When I allow the flow of gratitude to move me, I am able to live life more fully and make strong, meaningful decisions.  Right now I want to express my deepest gratitude for the life of Jerry Hicks who made his transition recently.  The teachings of Abraham ,as spoken through Esther Hick,s has changed my life and inspired it to new levels.  My prayers of love go out to Esther Hicks as her husband is now on the other side.  I know that life is eternal and on-going but it is certainly a challenge when a loved one moves on.  Thank you Jerry for being a strong support and vehicle for Esther.  You both are amazing.

It’s so mystical and wonderful to observe life right now.  So many things are crumbling and re-emerging more effieciently and harmoniously. Yay!   As we have heard,” December 2012 has been put forth as the end date of the Mayan calendar and the fulfillment date of several other indigenous prophecies. Yet scientifically recognized Mayan calendar expert Carl Johan Calleman reveals that according to understandings with Mayan elders, the December 21,2012 end date is errouneous and the Mayan calendar end date is actually October 28,28,2011.” (taken from the Science of Mind magazine 11/11)  Well, okay so the world didn’t end! hahahahah Just like it didn’t end in 2000. …….hmmmm But I love all of the changes that are happening and I feel like I am closer to God than I ever have been.  These changes are good.  People are stepping up and taking responsibility for the planet. YES!!  It seems like a great time to start writing my next album. YES……..right after I get married on 11-11-11. hahahahahha

Whaz up?  I am so grateful to be alive and rockin’ in the world right now.  This is an excellent time to express creativity and authenticity.  I always start my day with meditation and prayer.  It is the way to find my inner joy and connect with divinity.

Sometimes I meditate and do not find joy right away which leads me to the question, where is it? HA HAHAHAHAHA  Abraham teaches us to focus on our desires with strong positive emotion and they will manifest quickly.  OKAY. GOT IT.  So I take a deep breath and smile.  I keep on smiling and allowing inner joy to build.  I think of things that make me feel joy and amplify the image.  I listen for guidance and then here is the important part: FOLLOW IT.  DO IT.

What is real intuitive guidance? We will get to that in another blog but for now just know that it is something that brings good to self and others. ..it benefits and empowers self and others……the same guidance comes up frequently (not random thoughts).   That’s it for now.  Don’t forget about the Peace Now Music Festival in September (9/17/11).  It’s gonna rock your socks off!  www.peacenowspiritmusicfestival.com

I recently watched a soccer game that inspired me sooooooooo much!!  The women’s world cup is going on right now.  I saw the U.S. playing Brasil last weekend.  The dedication and belief that the U.S. team had was so incredible that I had to write about it.  They were under challenging odds during the game with seemingly no chance to win.  They literally made a goal within the last 2 minutes of the game.  They had gotten an extra 2 minutes on the game because of injuries. What a miracle!!  They ended up winning by 1 point and I think my neighbors are still wondering about all of the screams that came from Billy and I that day. haahhahah   ANYWAY, it reminded me to keep on persisting no matter what AND that there is always a chance to WIN!

The Peace Now Music festival will be held on September 17,2011 this year.  We have booked WINNERS……….really wonderful singers/musicians/songwriters and more.   These are all artists who have seen their vision and captured it into real time.   They never gave up or thought that there was no chance for success.  They persisted and now they are shining their light with their beautiful music all over the world!!   We look forward to seeing all of you there in Redondo Beach at the Center for Spiritual Living.  http://peacenowspiritmusicfestival.com/   Don’t forget, never give up on your dreams.  They could be a deep breath away, they probably are………

It’s so wonderful to do live shows on a regular basis.   I get to do new songs and try new things any time!  It always keeps me humble and stayed on my spiritual walk too.  I have realized that people really love singers and music and it feels awesome.   Here is a realization I have had….. Let’s say 10 people come up to me and say how much they love what I do.  Then I get the 1 person who doesn’t and feels the desire to tell me so. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH   That’s when I really get to practice my spiritual principles. YAY!  As a human being, we always remember the 1 person who said something unkind. hahahahahha What about all of the others who were so positive?  Does it really matter?   As long as I/we are expressing our art to the best of our ability it doesn’t matter.   For me, it’s about my walk with the ONE.  The ONE always loves and supports me.  YAY! I become more flexible and resilient.  I realize how happy I am to share my gifts with the world.   I remind myself that some are so afraid to step forward and share their gift that we as a society never get to hear/see it.  Are you one who wants to step forward?  Why not do it?  Just go for it, you will be supported by the universe in your divine YES. Yes Yes Yes.  Always say yes to your still small voice.  YAY! I am loving you and your courage!

Rockers,  Are you a sensitive being?  I know that I am.  I am a poetic freedom seeker/teacher.  Sometimes being so sensitive, I pick up toxic energies from others who may be unaware of kindness, compassion and other such qualities.  In the past, I would handle it by avoiding  the person as much as possible.  Yet I find that avoiding takes more energy than just being in the flow.   Another way I have discovered is to just stop wherever I am and start deep breathing.  I imagine inhaling divine energy and exhaling any negativity. Try it!!  Take as long as you need and begin to clear your energy.  Ask for assistance from your higher self.   Once you are clear, throw a divine shield around yourself.  Do not take on others toxicity. HA!  Easier said then done BUT it does get better as you do it.  Also, as you raise your energy field to higher and more positive vibration, you won’t get caught so easily.  Than I remember to go confidently in the direction of my dreams.   I am going towards joy and freedom. Yay!

I am reminded of how we are all connected.  Since we are all energy and everything is energy, we are all part of the whole.  When we are thinking and feeling in a higher vibration, we will attract the like.  When we are down in negative feelings and thought patterns, we will attract the like. hmmmmmmmmmm I choose to think and feel from a higher vibration and attract all good things to me. YEAH.  As a matter of fact, I am attracting the best music publishing deal for Billy and I. Great! 

Phew, it’s so good to know that I’m not doing it on my own.   There is a higher power that is guiding and directing me at all times.  But, I must follow the guidance and intuition that I receive.  

 Remember I am not doing spiritual by-passes.  If something happens where I need to greive or get angry….I do it.  I just don’t pay for parking there.  There’s another spot for me higher up in the lot after I’m finished. hahahhahahhahahhahahahah

How many times have we set a goal only to give up when we didn’t get immediate results?  I know for myself in this walk, I have done that.  What I have learned as I go along the path is that persistence and constant moving toward the goal is key.  Even on the days where we want to stop, just 1 small step towards our goal matters.  It is also imperative that our goals serve a larger purpose.  Are we benefitting others in some way?   Are we contributing our gifts to the world?  Are we using our creative abilities like we really could?  It’s so good to be alive in this time of great change. It’s so awesome to know that I am surrounded by a power and a presence that supports me every step of the way.  The universe is friendly, yay!!!!!!!!!  Today I am walking with the  ‘all things are possible’ consciousness. YEAH!
